Train to Lead a Weak Church
Feeling called to plant a church or lead pastorally—in a new way?
The Metro Residency Program is a one- to two-year immersive experience where you’ll learn what it means to lead a Weak Church.
This is more than a program. It’s a pathway to plant a Weak Church or revitalize an existing one with a gospel-centered, vulnerability-driven culture. After the program, resident will plant or lead a Weak Church with full support from the Alliance.
As a resident, you’ll:
Serve on staff at Metro Community Church
Be mentored by Peter Ahn and the Metro leadership team
Receive hands-on training in emotionally healthy leadership
Learn to live out the Weak Church model in real ministry
